A longtime lover of and traveler to New York City, Tivona was excited to move here finally. “Lady TXN” also has a home in the Carmel area and has served many clients in the Texas Panhandle and greater metropolitan Houston. Her New York clientele can rely on her to secure a rental unit/single-family home to rent or buy in the neighborhood that feels right for their lifestyle. Tivona’s focus counties are Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, and Dutchess.

Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a consummate professional, Tivona has a diverse background ranging from managing a bustling office/staff, running her special events and public relations business, and working as a personal assistant in the legal and petroleum energy sectors. “Lady TXN’s” career has always revolved around managing multiple and complex projects/initiatives and making the lives of busy executives and clients easier!

A natural people person, Tivona graduated from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.
